The Blanche de Chambly is a Quebec white beer brewed by Unibroue. It is distinguished by its slightly hazy pale straw color, its rich and creamy head, and its subtle bouquet of spices, coriander, clove, and sourdough bread, enhanced by notes of citrus, especially orange. Light and refreshing (5% alc./vol.), it offers a beautiful balance between sweetness, acidity, and low bitterness, with a honeyed finish.
